We provide tableware, glasses, knives, cutting boards, chopsticks, spoons, and forks.
What is included in the rental BBQ stove?
The stove, net, tongs, and gloves are included.
Can I bring my own fire table and stove?
No, we do not allow any firearms to bring in.

Can I eat meals in my room?
A private dining space is provided near each dome tent.
Of course, this facility allows you to enjoy your meal with peace of mind no matter the weather.
Can I dine with a group?
Each dining space is large enough for up to 8 people to enjoy a meal together.
Even if you stay in separate dome tents, you can enjoy meals together.
Do you sell beverages and food?
Only beverages are sold at the administration building.
*We do not sell foodstuffs. You are free to bring your own food and beverages.
How many days in advance do I have to order meals?
Please let us know at least 3 days in advance.
Are there any supermarkets or retail stores nearby?
There is an AEON Ago store and Gyutora Lovely Shima store.
Are there any restaurants nearby?
There is a restaurant near Ukata Station.
About marine activities
Do you provide transportation to and from the marine activity sites?
No, we do not provide transportation to and from the location of the marine activities. Please select the tour you are interested in from the tour lineup on the website of the company "Shima Nature School" and check the details page.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows
From the day of arrival to 1 week prior: 100% of the room charge
30 days prior to the day of arrival: 50% of the room charge
No-show/no-arrival without notice: 100% of the room charge
Are fireworks allowed?
Yes, sparkler fireworks are allowed only in the designated area.
*No rocked and fountain fireworks are allowed.
Is there a pick-up service?
We will pick you up at Kintetsu Kashikojima Station at the following times. (*Reservations are required in advance.)
